I really enjoyed this game until I reached the third tear of the temple. It was at that point I realized this game has a massive problem with ignoring inputs. It will even damage you if you perfect dodge or perfect parry. The further you make it into the temple the worse the input problem gets. Otherwise it's a good game.

This was very fun to watch. It'd be cool to see you do a co-op run.

I'm also working on a cardbuilder roguelite. The tutorial is much shorter, I promise!

This game looks super sweet! That first boss battle was entertaining. Such a close fight. Love how you can upgrade your weapons and stuff. Looks good all around.

Enjoyed watching these episodes! Found the channel through Hades II. I've been playing the mobile version of Pocket Dungeon through Netflix and really having a great time.

That was an absolutely incredible run! I’ve commented before that when I watch your content, I’m always like “How’s Retro going to get through this one?!” And I can honestly say that I’ve never been more on the edge of my seat than I was today. The strategy, the calculation, the foresight; all firing on all cylinders today. Absolutely masterful run!

Everyone is talking about the death-by-1000-textbox tutorial, and I agree. But to me the thing that stands out is how boring and samey all the cards look. In a card based game, I think it's a huge miss to have all the cards just seem so sterile and empty. Are they placeholders, or what?

I appreciate that you take the time to explain the different options a player could have and then go for what you would consider the most fun. It helps me understand the game and the way you strategize better!

My favorite part of the game was definitely the tutorial, such a good example of "tell, don't show" or something.

Got half way through the vid then had to stop and play the demo. And go back and get the optionals. Might be a small bug in the defestration counting, as I'm sure I got credited with three when I'd only done two, but don't care too much as I had the actions left for the third! That extra turn ability is really strong!

my best guess for the 30 bleed per attack is that when you got a relic you got a duplicate of the barbarian but it did not show it.

The idea for this is right up my alley, but man that endless wave of text boxes is rough

this really made me appeciate how nice good tutorials are, seems like an okay game otherwise though
